From 15 Freeway North:

Exit Cal Oaks Road and Turn Left

Proceed through: Madison, Jefferson and Adams

Our office is on the Left side of the street, in a building called The Courtyards 

Look for the red sign for A+ Urgent Care

Drive around to the back of the building and park there.  Our office is the Suite 135, the first office on the Left side
