Birth is a time for trauma. Nine months in an uncomfortable position can create the beginning of future postural problems. In addition, pulling, twisting, pushing, forceps and vacuum extractions all cause trauma to the spine of a newborn creating subluxations and spinal cord damage that can be silent for years. The nervous system, made up of your brain and spinal cord, controls every function of the human body. Subluxations or interruptions of this communication network means your body can't function at 100%. This is not optimal health at less than 100%.

A healthy spine and nervous system helps to prevent common health problems experienced in children. These include ear infections, colic, headaches, bed-wetting, asthma and other problems.

Dr. Donohoe recommends baby's first adjustment as soon as possible after birth.  Children age Birth to 13 years are eligible for our Healthy Kids Club:

Home Visits are also available. Dr. Donohoe will conduct a full spinal exam complete with neurological and orthopedic tests and make any adjustments necessary. All this in the comfort of your own home!

Post delivery home visits are exclusively for active practice members who live in the surrounding areas of  Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake.  Most in-home appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday after office hours - 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm or during lunch 1:30pm - 2:30pm.  Saturday morning appointments are also available.
